The “Play-O-Rama / Glorious Crushathon” Contest
OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN

ELIGIBILITY: The “Play-O-Rama / Glorious Crushathon” Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to persons legally residing in the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are a registered user on QQ Games. Employees of QQ Games, its related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. A computer with Internet access is required. The computer must have or you must be able to download Macromedia Flash in order to play. Installation is free.
SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by QQ Games, 3 Twin Dolphin Drive, Suite 295, Redwood City, CA 94065, USA (“Sponsor”).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.
TIMING: The Contest begins at 12:00 am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on October 11th, 2007 and ends at 12:00 am PST on October 16th, 2007 (the “Contest Period”).
ENTRY: In order to enter the Contest, contestants must either already have a QQ Games account or must install QQ Games at http://www.qqgames.com. Once installed, contestants must login to QQ Games, select a contest highlight, and click “Enter the Competition” on the contest landing page.
COMPETITION DETAILS: The “Play-O-Rama / Glorious Crushathon” Competition has two separate portions, the “Play-O-Rama” Competition and the “Win Big” Competition.
“Play-O-Rama” Competition: These five (5) winners will be the user who plays the most “complete” rounds in on of the individual sub-games during the Contest Period. A “Complete” round is defined by the user finishing the entire game without the other competitor(s) quitting the game before a winner is determined.

“Glorious Crushathon” Competition: There will be five (5) individual winners for the “Play-O-Rama” competition, one winner for each of the individual sub-games including QQ Pool, QQ Robo, QQ Black Jack, QQ Match Master, and QQ Treasure Hunter.
SELECTION OF WINNER: On or about November 16th, the Sponsor will announce the QQ Games Nickname name of the ten (10) potential winners. These ten (10) winners will also be contacted individually through AOL Instant Messenger.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS: Except where prohibited, the potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or if Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner(s) within seven (7) days of the first attempt, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place (according to the above criteria).
PRIVACY: Information collected through the Promotion is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy set forth at www.ruckusnetwork.com.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Ruckus Network, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
